‘Board of Directors’ through the ‘Club Commodore’ grants permission.
This policy applies both to slip occupants and non-slip occupants. 2.

of slip space between two occupants can be made only with permission of the
‘Board of Directors’ (majority vote deciding) who will act only on written
application of the interested parties. When

space, it will be offered in turn to those persons having on file with the Club
secretary a letter requesting dock space. Neither
shall any slip occupant loan his slip to any person not a club member. 3.
Procedure
for requesting dock space will be to submit an application to the Club Secretary
designating type of slip desired. Applications will be placed on file in the
order received. When a slip
becomes available it will be offered to the current slip holders of that type
(24 ft or 36ft/40ft) who have a dated request on file to move within their type.
When a slip of the type requested is available, the first person approved
by the ‘Board of Directors’ on the waiting list will be offered that space.
Approval shall be based on criteria established by the board, including
applicants participation in club activities, work days, boat acceptability, etc.
If rejected the application will be removed from the waiting list and the
slip will be offered to the next approved member on the list. An approved member
may choose to pass and hold the place on the list for up to three times, at
which time the application will be removed from the list. A)

‘Board of Directors’, upon unanimous vote when a quorum is present, may
expel any slip occupant for non-participation or non-compliance of dock rules. B)
